· Managing a company with a total staff of 15 people, structure, certainly for controlling and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment).
· Must keep contact with local customers
· Must keep contact with local suppliers
· Is responsible for the production.
· Must ensure raw material planning in such a way that it allows undisturbed production and minimal cost
· Production expansion is expected but within the current plant capacity.
· Is responsible for SHE. We are expecting a very active role in these issues. In our organization this is one of the major issues and in Egypt one of our major concerns
· Age: 35 – 40 years
· Experience in a management function: 3 – 5 years
· Education: preferably a technical or chemical grade
· Willing to lead and facilitate change processes
· Willing to adapt to changes
· Commitment, must take ownership
