Corporate Legal Counsel Salary More than 6000
· Drafting and preparing different types of Contracts (Human Resources, licensing, commercial etc.) and giving consultations regarding the Corporate legal matters
· Supporting all functions managers in taking decisions by providing them with the needed legal information when dealing with any official issues
· Applying for registration of Corporate new companies in addition to managing companies files in front of the competent authorities
· Providing advice to other functions employees on legal issues in the corporate taking into consideration the guidelines set by the Head of Legal
· Gathering required information and proofs that help the Head of Legal in taking decisions
· Representing the corporate in front of the competent legislative bodies in all litigation issues that might occur
· Helping the HR function in managing all personnel issues
· Providing the Head of Legal with weekly and monthly reports that contain any contracts and litigation done during that period of time at corporate
· Participating in the development of the Legal functions work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures
· Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Legal functions activities and achievements
Qualifications B.A. degree in Law
Gender MaleEducation major Law
Experience 6 – 9 Years.
