As a Telesales Executive you would be responsible for the following:

• Manage existing customer accounts.

• Arrange phone meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businesses.

• Enter all the data gathered from meetings, calls, emails into the CRM in order to have better accounts management.

• Identify, attract, and retain potential clients

• Research and identify companies’ advertising needs, and identify the services that best fit those needs.

Job Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic. Good communication skills in English.

• Motivated and a quick learner.

• Excellent internet and computer skills.
