Roles and Responsibilities:
* Organize office operations and procedures.
* Prepare board of directors meeting agenda with manager.
* Supervise office staff and Managing employees.
* Monitor and record long distance phone calls.
* Prepare time sheets.
* Maintain office equipment.
* Design filing systems and Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
* Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement.
* Dealing with the Publishers.
* Sales analysis.
* Evaluate staff performance
Experience Years: 1-3 years.
Fluent English.
Excellent in using MS Office
