Roles and Responsibilities:
Organize office operations and procedures.
Prepare board of directors meeting agenda with manager.
Supervise office staff and Managing employees.
Monitor and record long distance phone calls.
Prepare time sheets.
Maintain office equipment.
Design filing systems and Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement.
Dealing with the Publishers.
Sales analysis.
Evaluate staff performance

Experience Years: 1-3 years.
Fluent English.
Excellent in using MS Office
